High Oleic Soybeans Making Big Splash in Oil Market

High oleic soybean oil is making a bigger splash in a familiar market in response to the FDA’s recently enacted ban on partially hydrogenated oil.

Compared to commodity soybean oil, high oleic soybean oil offers an increased stability for end users, including food manufacturers and restaurants. High oleic soybean oil is just what the food industry needs to comply with the FDA ban and continue to keep customers happy.
