Cash of Richmond Heights (Cuyahoga County) has been reappointed to serve as a member of the Commission for a term beginning Sept. 28, 2011, and ending June 30, 2015. Etta Marie Reed of West Chester (Butler County) has been appointed for a term beginning Sept. 28, 2011, and ending June 28, 2013.
