Wright Law adds attorney

Wright Law Company welcomed agricultural attorney Kent Jorgensen to their firm.

Jorgensen grew up on a farm in Idaho, raising corn, wheat, hay, and pinto beans on his family’s farm; he also participated in FFA. understands the issues facing agriculture today. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Spanish from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2009. Jorgensen also worked for several years for Syngenta as a field manager for hybrid sweet corn seed production, he worked almost exclusively with migrant work crews coordinating communications and resolving disputes. Kent speaks Spanish fluently.

He attended Michigan State University College of law, with a focus on business and agricultural law, earning his J.D. degree in May 2013. His legal interests include business establishment, oil and gas law, contracts, real estate transactions, and farm labor mediation. Jorgensen worked as an intern for Wright Law over the summer of 2012, and Wright Law is happy to welcome him as the newest member of their team.

Kent enjoys being active in his community and church. He resides in Powell with his wonderful wife and two children. Wright Law Company specializes in farm related legal issues, and farm succession planning.
