Lance Reynolds - November 2014 Member of the Month for the Miami East-MVCTC FFA

Reynolds selected as Miami East November Member of the Month

The November 2014 Miami East-MVCTC FFA Member of the Month is Lance Reynolds. He is the son of Melinda Caron and Chad Reynolds. He is a sophomore and second year member of the Miami East-MVCTC FFA Chapter.

Reynolds recently completed in the county and district Rural Soils Career Development Event. At the county contest he was the high individual in the contest. Reynolds has also participated in the Parliamentary Procedures Career Development Event, fruit sales, and State Greenhand Conference.

Reynolds’s Supervised Agricultural Experience program consists of restoring a trailer. He has learned skills of welding, painting, and woodworking during his remodeling project. Reynolds is mentor for his peers.

Every month of the school year the Miami East-MVCTC FFA will select a student to be the FFA Member of the Month.  The officer team will nominate one student that has been actively involved in the FFA chapter, school and community activities.  If selected, the member will be recognized at the monthly FFA meeting, have their picture displayed in the Miami East Ag Room, and will receive a special accolade in celebration of their accomplishment.
