An explanation of PLC and ARC Farm Bill options

Morrow County, Ohio farmer Anthony Bush has been on the ground level of the development of the 2014 Farm Bill. This new farm policy offers some new options for producers and many questions are being asked as those options are weighed. The Ohio Ag Net’s Ty Higgins sat down with Bush to go over the PLC, ARC and SCO programs. In this video, you will find out what exactly those programs entail. Bush will also talk about what scenarios will work best with each option and what farmers need to start doing now to get prepared to make these long-term decisions before the March 15th deadline.
