Using NCGA Corn Yield Contest methods across the farm

James Jacobs, a farmer from Bloomingburg, Ohio, came in 1st Place in the AA No-Till/Strip Till Non-Irrigated category for Ohio in the 2015 National Corn Growers Association Corn Yield Contest. He visits with Ohio Ag Net’s Ty Higgins about his strategies that scored him 276.98 bushels to the acre and what methods he used on the winning field that he may work into his whole farm strategy in 2016.
