Hiland FFA experiences Ohio State University ag school, hockey

The Hiland FFA Chapter visited The Ohio State University recently, experiencing a Men’s Hockey Game, ag campus, and the football stadium.

The chapter took a tour of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences campus and explored buildings, discussing what was in each and their purpose. Members discovered that an ag engineer made the slow vehicle sign, which is on slow moving vehicles such as farm equipment.

Later that night, the chapter watched the OSU Hockey Game. The Buckeyes took on the Canisius Golden Griffins. Ohio State won 4-1 and the crowds went wild.

25 FFA members went to the game: Natalie Byler, Sierra Conway, Bailey Engstrom, Nikyta Engstrom, Claire Farquhar, Carson Feikert, Marlin Hershberger, Kyle Huprich, Alex Jamison, David Mast, Hunter Mast, Ryan Mast, Blaine Miller, Morgan Miller, Violet Miller, Regina Nisley, Will Stoltzfus, Parker Stutzman, Sheila Troyer, Tallie Troyer, Brandon Raber, Lexi Raber, Cheryl Yoder, Diane Yoder, and Max Weaver.
