Evaluating waterlogged crops

Ohio corn and soybean fields just can’t seem to catch a break from the late spring and early summer rains. Matt Hutcheson, Product Manager with Seed Consultants says that while parts of the field may have been washed out, there is still potential out there for positive yield numbers.
