There has been quite a bit of buzz in the dairy industry about Dannon recently and attorney Leisa Boley-Hellwarth delved into the legalities of the issue. Dannon claims they are merely giving the consumers what they want. Many in agriculture disagree and assert that Dannon’s actions are merely “marketing flimflam” and “fear-based marketing.” What do you think?
