Attendees heard a great keynote, celebrated 2021 national winners and announced the first round of impressive proficiency winners. Keynote speaker Melissa Radke wowed the crowd and wanted to make sure she documented it on her phone for her mother.
Honorary State degrees were awarded in the Second Session.
