Scattered showers over most of Ohio again through the coming 24 hours. Today we see slightly lower threats of severe weather, although we still will have to keep an eye out in SW parts of the state this afternoon. Thursday features slightly less coverage on precipitation through the day, but a ramping up again in the overnight hours of shower and strong storms that last well into Friday morning. There can be severe weather there. The balance of Friday has clouds holding in, but moisture tapering off quickly to just some spits and sprinkles. Saturday is mostly dry, but scattered showers return Sunday, mostly over the eastern half of the state. Combined we still have plenty of moisture potential here. The map below shows combined estimates from this morning through Sunday night.
Monday midday any leftover action is gone, and we should see partly sunny skies to finish that day, along with Tuesday and the first half of Wednesday. Next Wednesday evening we have showers and storms returning, with the event lasting through Thursday. Next friday is precipitation free, as is a majority of the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd. A few showers can pop up in the overnight ahead of the 24th, but that week then still is trending a bit drier than our current pattern here now.
