Maximizing anhydrous ammonia applications

Farmers are under the gun right now to reduce production costs for 2017. This has ramifications wide and far-reaching for farm operations and the companies that serve them. One trend that Verdesian Life Sciences is predicting is a potential uptick in anhydrous ammonia use by farmers due to the fact that it’s the lowest-cost nitrogen source. And, as you know, anhydrous continues to be the nitrogen source of choice for many farmers in the Corn Belt.

While picking the right chemical to use is one key part of the equation, making you get the full benefit from that chemical is another part. This is where NutriSphere-NH3® comes in. NutriSphere-NH3 from Verdesian is a new product specifically designed to protect nitrogen applied as anhydrous ammonia from being lost through nitrification when applied using the SureFire Ag Systems equipment.
