Ohio Ag Weather and Forecast – April 12, 2019

A line of showers with embedded rumbles of thunder move from west to east across the state this morning for most, but not reaching Eastern parts of the state until this afternoon.  While a few showers will be capable over some brief heavy downpours, overall rainfall looks to be fairly light on the order of 0.10 to 0.30" for most.  Despite the clouds and showers temps look to remain mild with highs in the 60's statewide and temps perhaps into the lower south into 70's into Appalachian Country with breezy south to southwesterly winds on the order of 15-25 mph with higher gusts.

Ohio Ag Weather and Forecast – April 11, 2019

In response to an explosive late spring storm across the Plains, warming winds will arrive across the Buckeye State on Thursday with high temps warming through the 60's and well into the 70's in most areas with filtered sunshine.  The exception will be far northern Ohio which will be stuck on the wrong side of a stationary front allowing for more clouds, winds backed out of the east and much cooler conditions for Toledo and northwest sections of the state.

After a mostly sunny and seasonably cool start to your Wednesday, we'll see gradually increasing clouds across the Buckeystate.  There will be a sizeable temperature gradient with highs only in the low 40's on the Erie Lake Shore, however, most will enjoy 60's.
